how to order
Ordering could not be easier. Just click to open your email sender and send us the following details:
1. Your name and address (including postcode
2. Your telephone number
3. What products you require
4. How many required
5. Any special instructions such as cropping photograph to remove unwanted areas
6. For Photo Mugs please state text you would like printed on the mug, colour of text, and font type if known (we can match most font types), and the side you require the text to be printed on (facing or away from you when holding mug in right hand)
7. Attach a copy of your photo in jpg or gif format (not less than 300 dpi resolution). If you are able to, please zip the file for faster transmittal. If you do not have an electronic copy of your photo you may send the actual photograph separately by post and we will scan it for you. Photographs will be returned with your order. Please note there is an additional charge of £1.50 for this service
When we receive your order we will send you a request for payment with the option to pay by cheque or debit/credit card. Please note there is an additional 5% charge for payment by debit/credit card on orders under £50.00. Your order will be completed as soon as payment is received.
